Refrigerator
Originally, refrigerator lid had zero insulation inside, it was just plug to close hole in the countertop.
When I switch to refrigerator i want better insulation as well I want to be able to close lid air tight to eliminate excessive ice build on evaporator coil due to humid air condensation.
For 4 years it was gust piece of isolation foam. Now is the time to make real lid.
I 3d modeled 2 parts:
external frame - it will be glued in the refrigerator opening and sealed around insulation then epoxied to the walls to prevent refrigerator top insulation to get wet.
Internal insert - similar shape but nested inside frame intended to be the shell for the lid. It will be filled with foam.and glassed over to protect foam from absorbing water.
In between the frame, and lid will be gasket
This is refrigerator top opening I need to close.
External frame dry fit. Frame must be little cut to size on place (boat is far from to be square and parallel)
