Day 82, 3/25 finishing laminate buildup on starboard, glassing ice chest back to hull, building and mounting "shelf" for refrigerator compressor, sidewalls for starboard cabinets. 9 hours.

  Hull Completed rebuild of delamination fix on starboard side. Located in starboard cockpit locker.   Refrigerator Picture for memo. How wires have to be connected. Drilled hole for evaporator pipes into ice chest and built shelf for refrigerator. (red and blue pipes are for water ;) ) Glassed shelf from bottom side and to hull in 3 directions. reglassed connection between ice chest and hull. To be continued... Review exhaust hose connection on transom   Interior Starboard cabinets, back walls and hull insolation. Galley Removed plywood build around galley window. found completely rotted out window frame. Plywood removed. Alot of extra space for electrical panel and ice chest access found. Just aft view on cabin today.

Day 36, 7/9, starboard patching and bow priming, window removal, AC dry fit, reinstal checkvalve for sump box, chainplate, spreader; 7 hours

  Hull Primed starboard patches and are right under toe rail. For now i can leave it until better temperatures will come. Used Primekote from Interlux. Weather is crazy - 100F+. Have heavy orange peel, but at least covered area from UV. TODO: prime deck near toe rail from deck side, maybe put stanchions back. Windows (ports) Removed one window, checked how to do it.  Process: Take out decorative frame, cut side of the frame, bend it inside and take out. Install template - route the hole. Old window papered 3-5mm wider than new.  so, not so much to grind, mainly grinding the slope back for spigots. Installed "slope plate adding additional 2 degree to make internal wall more vertical. Measured final thickness to buy right screws - #10 1-1/4" Sump box Replaced broken check valve, will put air draining hole later. Standing rigging. Tried to push forestay threaded pin ahead - no success - cut wire again and inserted, but forestay will appear 2 inch shorter :(. Ordered n...

Day 33, 6/25, BIG DAY, fresh water, steering, putty starboard side, other small projects 7 Hours.

 Furler Identified fuller it is Hood yacht systems 800 model (need to check size to figure out model) User manual: https://sbo.sailboatowners.com/downloads/Oday_gen_80882234.pdf  Front chainplate SURPRISE! Irvin welded pice of SS rod to the CHAINPLATE!!  It is original. I am in shock.  Investigated how to replace it, but even more questions than answers. All bow area nuts are in 1.5m from very small door in v-berth corner. even hard to see them, not talking how to put them there or screw them, Electric system. One more surprise!  Figured out original wiring is going on starboard side, then turn and coming back on port side. WHY!? Companionway hatch slides Re-bedded companionway slides. Looks like deck paining will not happened before october-november, so need to put them properly. Engine Rechecked tachometer port thread plug diameter and depth. D=17.7 OD (looks like M18, but who knows). Depth to flywheel gear - 26.4 mm   Checked oil levels - all ok. Suffing...
