Jailbreak, Part1

Preparing boat from.... jailbreak. Actually34 foot boat sits in relatively small lake without any waterway connection to BIG water.

I think i need to fix it, we are going to move her to BIG water.

prepare her for transportation. Take mast down and fix it over the deck., drain tankage, take all unnecessary stuff from the boat.
Transport her to "Spa". I plan to move boat to boatyard to do all work on hull I could not do in the water and postponed.
Put boat on hard for several month in Rockport to finish project list:

Replace thru-hulls to composite;
Fix strut;
Make lightning protection ground;
Check and repair rudder (if need);
Replace hinge pin on centerboard (depends on how bad is it);
Repair anything I find on the hull under water. (i am pretty sure there is something to repair);
Prepare topsides for painting;
Remove all ald bottom paint and apply barrier-coat;
Paint topsides and put new anti-fouling bottom paint;
Recondition mast and boom coating;
Replace standing rigging;
Rewire mast (add internal conduit) and all new wires;
Install radar and tri-color navigation light, repair mast top camera;
Install AIS.

Then splash her in Rockport and navigate to new home marina in Galveston bay.

Sales removed, sail pack, battens, and cockpit cushions stored below,

Boom removed and tied.

Mast is waiting to get dowm
