Day 198, (virtually) Work at home on cushions. Polot berth "main" cushion complete.

Working on cushions covers and cushions.

Work going in background (just couple hours afternoon, but Almost every day) 

Foam cutting

Used Lux Regular Foam 6" for new cushions - Pilot berth and starboard settee. Cut them with electric knife.

For thick foam best result in cutting is when cut line marked on both sides and two people involved  one keep motor side of the knife, second guide end of knife blade on the other side.

Making Covers 

All panels for cushions cut complete.

Piping (rope inserted edge) prepared.

Pilot berth front part cushion completed yesterday.
