Topsides
Applied guide-coat, than Vic hand-sanded with long board.
In general not so bad, but area patched before (before I bought the boat) is pretty bumpy.
Starboard was left for next weekend.
I sanded all lows and applied fairing compound to port side closer to the end of the Sunday.
Transom cleaned from all "toys" and one part paint layer removed, then whole transom surface was sanded to flat. 4 holes from some mounts (I did not found reason to have them), two spots where swimming leader hits transom and place around LPG tank locker ventilation exits to outside where glassed over.
Blisters.
After looking over barrier coat I found small "drips" where hull "crying" in one place right next to stand pad.. Decided to open the blister, and resulted about sq. foot area dipped for 3-4mm opening ;-( cleaned, force dried and overe-glassed with 3 layers of 1708.
Thru-hulls
Finally decided to do two independent hoses for cockpit drains. I plan to cross hoses - drain from starbord will go to port and drain from port will go to starboard side thru-hull. Unfortunately crossing hoses will make some obstacle for maintenance access to steering mechanism, but due to thru-culls have ball valves i hope I will be able to remove them if i really need good access.
All holes drilled, then 10mm G10 backing plates installed on thickened West system epoxy with 404 filler (high -density adhesive) with 403 microfibers.
Next step will be glassing them to place.

PSS Dripless Shaft Seal
Dry-fitting dripless seal. It fits, but it is really on the edge. Setup coming in place, but i need to compress it for 1/4" to fit. recommended initial compression is 3/4". it will may make shaft installation a real challenge, and shaft removal in a future will be fun at all. BUT IT FITS ;-) !!! Let's go with it.
