Vira - Sailboat rebuild, Irwin Citation 34

Surprise  I am usually coming to marine early morning. Today I came about 7AM and..... did not see my boat, even more, I did not see THE DOCK where was my boat docked at the marine.    This what I saw when came today.   Usually, what I see when come to marina.   Try to call marina owner (no answer!?). Sure he do not answer 7AM on Saturday! Short story - they turned dock with all boats 90 degrees :)    5 minuses was a very hard for my feelings.... then I found my boat. Second surprise - no electricity on docks Third, boat appeared in the place where almost impossible to get out and come back. Distance from shore to transom about 10 ft. and about 3 ft from rudder to rocks. ;(.  Had conversation with owner later during the day. He authorized me  to swap my boat and another across the dock.  Will do on the week. But no electricity - you remember. So, I went home and pickup inverter and my LI 2.5kWh battery. Interior Front cabin  Completed wiring and connecting over V-berth lights as well as bright top light. Pit trimming around all corners and gaps.  Getting closer and closer to varnishing step. Some details Starboard  Port side   Head (toilet).  Only part left on side is mast cabling area.  Interior Main cabin Trim work complete over main cabin, ready for varnishing.               Electrical Main cabin lights Installed main cabin flood lights in both sides 10W (0.42A 24V) LED each - it is a lot of light. Each lamp has own switch and can be on and off individually.   Whole cabin lighting can be dimmed up to very low brightness  (literally sleep light level) using dimmer on switch panel. Bonus Early morning on marina

 Interior  After month preparation and 2 weeks vacation out of country we  finished painting galley cabinets and main bulkhead with gray finish paint.   Paint main bulkhead from main cabin side to make visually more space and match colors of bulkteads. Port side is original with teak veneer and starboard side is  new one with mahogany finish.  Also make accent coloring galley base cabinets. Spent about 3 hours with Maria to clean as much as possible dust by vacuuming and wet rug wiping all surfaces in main cabin. Trust me there was a lot of dust. So, we put 2 layers of Interlux Brightside (polyurethane one part) paint in Seattle Blue color. Used roll and tip technique as we did paining head walls.  Only difference, I bought Redtree - 2" Badger Brush for tipping. It is not cheapest on the market ;), but it payed off every cent I spent for it. In process  2 layers was done with ~18 hours dry time between. then in 24 hours masking tape removed. Work ...

 Interior Trim work around the  interior. have a problem to mount "corner trim on the bottom on the cabin top to deck connections due to i have no corner trim pieces and they are pretty expensive (like $40 per 5')  However i have ton of teak planks 3/4" to 1/4", so i can use two pieces. Actually it will be easier to follow corner shape with two planks than solid corner. Place where they are.   To add planks (blocks) on the back side of the cabin top internal wall skin to be able to screw trim piece from the bottom. Idea to put screws is to make ceiling plate detachable to be able to have access to bottom side of the deck.  Here the diagram how trim will be installed.  So, I made shaped planks and glued then to plywood  skin from the back side.  Just bottom side installed    All around ceiling planks installed including "arcs" holding 3mm Sintra panels (pretty hard but light expanded PVC).
