Furler Identified fuller it is Hood yacht systems 800 model (need to check size to figure out model) User manual: https://sbo.sailboatowners.com/downloads/Oday_gen_80882234.pdf  Front chainplate SURPRISE! Irvin welded pice of SS rod to the CHAINPLATE!!  It is original. I am in shock.  Investigated how to replace it, but even more questions than answers. All bow area nuts are in 1.5m from very small door in v-berth corner. even hard to see them, not talking how to put them there or screw them, Electric system. One more surprise!  Figured out original wiring is going on starboard side, then turn and coming back on port side. WHY!? Companionway hatch slides Re-bedded companionway slides. Looks like deck paining will not happened before october-november, so need to put them properly. Engine Rechecked tachometer port thread plug diameter and depth. D=17.7 OD (looks like M18, but who knows). Depth to flywheel gear - 26.4 mm   Checked oil levels - all ok. Suffing...

Day 32, 6/19 NO fiberglass today :-). Engine oil change, furler check, Air conditioner shelf. 5 Hours.

New schedule 6:30 AM - 3:00PM  Weather is too Hot 25 early in the morning and up to 40C  during the day. Deck to hull joint Continue work on joint. Did stupid mistake to leave  masking tape under laminate, as result spent a lot of time on sanding out edge of laminating area. as result sanded out gelcoat on the areas where masking tape was. NEVER repeat this mistake again. Rail dry fit and drilling holes for screws. I almost cry to make holes in the thing i did to be waterproof. "Painted" all with gel-coat. Very hard to work with gel-coat in so hot weather. NEXT DAY Sanded gel-coat out ;-)  really it appeared that sanding it to state where  it will be good enough to be smooth require to sand it almost completely out. SO - NO FUN!, spent time and money for nothing. Learned lesson - no less than 3 layers on gel-coat work. likely i need to put 3-4 layers to make the idea work but no reason to do...  Installed rail back with 3M 4200, hope for the best. 4...
